lace post!
Hey everyone!

Just a quick update - we recently completed a custom over bust corset trimmed with the most gorgeous and luxurious lace and we wanted to share a few photos :)  They are both close-ups of the trim itself.  Thanks!

Doubling the lace up is very effective, makes it even more luxurious!

I saw a couple of your corsets in fairygothmother yesterday, lovely workmanship throughout :-) I was amazed at how light they felt, but that's probably cos I'm used to making high back longline overbusts with masses of boning for super-curvy ladies!

Cool :) I know our larger sizes tend to be quite a bit heavier than the smaller sizes (more fabric, boning etc). They also sell faster than I can make them and get them into the shop!

I can imagine! Which makes me wonder about the antique corsets preserved in really good condition... the natural response seems to be "look how tiny they were back then!", but probably those are the examples that survive because they weren't worn so much.

As I said, your work was lovely :-)
